WINK is home to Australia’s leading fashion and commercial models who are making waves in national campaigns. In the promotional arena our talent are beautiful, bright, bubbly, outgoing, educated, and stand out from the crowd. Our models for TV commercials and print campaigns are experienced, professional, team players and know how to move in front of the camera.

Applying to a model agency is no different to applying for any other job. This means being professional and paying attention to details and instructions right from the start of your application. Before applying, we suggest doing your research on WINK by looking at the “About Us” section on the website and our socials to know more about our brand and the clients our models work for. We love what we do and we want to hear that you do too!

Images:
We require professional images in order to evaluate your application. We are a modelling agency after all! We want to see the best of your portfolio. Your images should represent your current look and should not be over 12 months old.

Don’t have a portfolio or professional images? We understand not everyone has professional photographs of themselves lying around, but sending SELFIES are a BIG no no (especially not with a flower crown filter!). Professional photos can get expensive to obtain but if you are serious about modelling you should be serious about creating a portfolio. We suggest researching photographers (some of our favs are here) and booking in a portfolio development session. We also suggest posting a job for a portfolio development on TheRight.Fit, where affordable photographers will apply to work with you!

What to expect after your application

Please allow up to 14 days for your application to be reviewed. Please do not call to check on the status of your application.

Due to the volume of applications we receive we are not able to respond to those who are unsuccessful.

If you were unsuccessful, we encourage you to re-apply after 2 months with updated professional photos, as our needs are always changing. We also suggest applying as a model on TheRight.Fit to build your portfolio and gauge your marketability to industry clients.

Successful applicants will be contacted via email for an interview. Be sure to arrive on time, prepared and well-presented. Remember – First impressions last! During your interview you can discuss any questions you have about representation at WINK so both parties can decide if it’s a good fit.
