We’re Hiring: Part-Time Talent & Admin Assistant (Sydney)

WINK Models is on the lookout for a vibrant, organised, and creative Talent & Admin Assistant to join our Sydney team part-time (3 days per week).

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Australia’s leading model and talent agencies, representing over 400 models and influencers nationwide. For over 18 years, we’ve collaborated with iconic brands like Myer, The Iconic, and Qantas – delivering exceptional service, nurturing top-tier talent, and helping brands tell their stories through powerful campaigns.

About the Role

This hybrid role, based in our Darlinghurst office, is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves working with people.

As our Talent & Admin Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our talent team – helping scout, onboard, and develop the next generation of Australian models and influencers.

What You’ll Do

• • Review and process applications from prospective talent

  • Organise and coordinate onboarding sessions for new models

  • Curate and update model portfolios and comp cards

  • Be the go-to contact for model queries about castings and jobs

  • Coordinate test shoots and assist with portfolio development

  • Build relationships with talent through events, social media, and content

  • Support pitching and promotion of models and influencers

  • Help manage WINK’s social media presence

  • Assist with bookings, castings, and campaign logistics

What We’re Looking For

• • Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail

  • A digital native who lives and breathes social media and online content

  • Exceptional communicator – both written and verbal

  • Thrives juggling multiple projects and stays cool under pressure

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

  • Available to work from our Darlinghurst office at least 2 days per week

Salary

Pro rata $68k + super (based on 3 days per week)
