    Yoga on the mind with Steph

    Are you new to yoga? want to learn how to medidate? Stephanie M has been a "Yogi" for 10 years and has recently got back from a Yoga training course held in Bali. Steph and her boyfriend, ex AFL player Matthew Bate, who is now a holistic nutritionist also run holistic health retreats together.
