Wink represents professional fashion and commercial models working with real brands on paid campaigns. Our talent works across:

This is a job. We treat it like one, and we expect you to do the same.

Location Requirements (non-negotiable)

We only represent models based in Australia.

You may apply only if:

• You are currently living in Australia
  
• You are based in NSW, VIC, or QLD
  
• You have the correct visa and legal right to work in Australia
  

We do not accept:

• Overseas applications
  
• Models planning to move to Australia
  
• Holiday visa holders without work rights
  
• Applications submitted “just in case.”
  

If you are not physically in Australia with the right to work here, do not apply.

You must have a portfolio 

We do not accept applications without a portfolio. This means:

• Professional images only
  
• No selfies, phone pics, bathroom mirrors, Instagram screenshots, or filters

Your images should:

• Reflect your current look
  
• Be taken within the last 12 months
  
• Show variety, not repetition
  
• Be clean, clear, and well-lit

Don’t have a portfolio yet? That’s fine – it just means you need to build one first.

• Book paid shoots with professional photographers
  
• Do test shoots (TFP) with emerging creatives
  
• Collaborate with photographers building their own portfolios

We recommend completing at least 2–3 shoots before applying to any agency.

• Follow instructions carefully

Remember – this industry is small. Your reputation matters.

How the Application Process Works

• Applications are reviewed carefully — please allow up to 14 days for review
  
• Due to volume, we do not respond to unsuccessful applications

Please do not call to follow up. Successful applicants will be contacted via email and invited to meet with us.

If your application is unsuccessful:  

• You may reapply after 6 months
• Only reapply with new professional images
