Objective:
Hordern Pavilion was completely transformed to reveal a very ORANGE workout arena in celebration of Hermes Fit. Following success in Tokyo, New York, Paris and Bangkok the bespoke luxury gym space was created featuring a boxing ring that doubled as a stage, a custom Hermes weights wall, juice bar and ping pong tables & much more. After an exclusive VIP opening night, it was opened to the public, where patrons were encouraged to “immerses themselves in the world of fashion accessories, the perfectly offbeat companions for sport”. On hand to help ensure the success of this luxury brand activation were our engaging, polished and professional WINK model hosts.

For customers who were extra keen beans, scheduled workout classes were available across the four days allowing attendees to participate in silk yoga, belt stretching, hat balance, bracelet shadow boxing, shot HIIT and small leather goods workout. This plethora of activities across the 4 days required highly dynamic hosts, experienced in managing VIP clientele, and able to be adaptable to meet the needs of this varied event scope. So amongst the playful space was of course Hermes Hosts from WINK Models, making sure all guests had an exceptional interaction with the branded activities.

Execution:
The team at Kat & Co, renowned for creating ‘stop-everything moments’ engaged Wink to help pull off yet another perfect moment. Working closely with the team over the last 6 months, we carefully crafted a team of event hosts that met the Hermes brief and aesthetic. Requiring a large number of talent we worked with the brand to cast across our national portfolio of talent, and held both in person and virtual castings with 75 talent. This was whittled down to the top 45 talent who were selected for the event. The WINK agency team ensured seamless rostering across this large selection of talent to make sure the hosts added that extra wow factor, both through adding to the visual aesthetics of the event, and the extra spark that professional hosts can provide in 1 on 1 customer interactions.

Outcome:
All talent were fitted with custom outfits ahead of the activation, and attended a detailed briefing session in the lead up to the event. The WINK hosts played a number of roles across the activation including front of house hosts, VIP management and cloak room attendees. Responsibilities included assisting with the check in of attendees for group sessions, welcoming VIPs on the orange carpet, manning the juice bar and assisting with social media photos at the custom Hermes photo booth and throughout the whole activation.
