Lee C

Lee Carseldine's post-cricket career is remarkable for its energy and diversity. After retiring early due to severe back injuries and a spinal fusion, Lee didn't slow down—instead, he took on a range of challenges that have set him apart from many retired athletes. He earned two Master's degrees (an MBA and a Masters in Applied Finance), co-founded the successful Droneit Group, ventured into media and travel blogging, and appeared twice on Survivor Australia, finishing as a runner-up. Lee's drive to push beyond his comfort zone led him to explore entrepreneurship, founding businesses like Norgay Media and Atora Burleigh. His dedication to the cricket community continues through his work with the Australian Cricketers Association and the Bulls Masters Program, helping retired cricketers transition into life after sport. Fitness remains a cornerstone of his lifestyle, completing marathons, triathlons, and trekking the Kokoda Trail. He also embraces media roles, regularly commentating Brisbane Heat games and working with Channel 7 on lifestyle shows like Weekender and Creek to Coast. Lee’s story is one of resilience, adaptability, and relentless pursuit of new opportunities.
